The Ontario Prospects Baseball Club is an Elite Travel Team developed by former Major Leaguers Rob & Rich Butler. The Prospects feature high quality instruction and guidance from Rob, Rich plus many of the top instructors in the province. In the 2008/2009 season, the Prospects will field teams at the 12U, 15U & two at the 18U age group.

The Ontario Prospects program is a full 12 month program running from September - August. The objective of the the program is to develop highly skilled athletes and field competitive teams. Ideally, these players will progress through a possible 7 year program assisting individuals in reaching their goals, including NCAA Scholarships and Pro Contracts.

We expose our athletes to top level competition by taking them to the top tournaments in the US & Canada. At these tournaments the players will have the opportunity to showcase their talents with many college and pro scouts present.  The program addresses all the additional skills necessary to truly play the game; professionalism, maturity, sportsmanship & responsibility to name a few.

A strong emphasis will also be placed on schoolwork & grades. To have the opportunity to play at the collegiate level, passing grades are not enough, above average grades are expected. As such, schoolwork and grades are an important part in what options present themselves down the road. Our elite program looks for parents & players that share the same sense of importance about education.
